The Arbor House in Aberdeen is featured alongside some of the world’s most beautiful properties in June 2023's edition of ELLE Decoration.
The contemporary home, built by Coldwells Build in 2022, replaced a crumbling 19th century coach house which originally stood on site. The old building was incorporated into the new design, with a stone wall preserved to form one side of a covered outdoor colonnade.
Designed by Brown & Brown Architects, the house has been shortlisted as a finalist at the Scottish Federation of Master Builder Awards taking place in Edinburgh on 9th June 2023.
